Born and raised in France, Sophie first moved to Montreal for a few years before settling in Colorado, where she and owner Felix started Tesla Electric Company on their dining room table. She now handles payroll, HR, and most other administrative tasks.

Hi, I’m Curtis! I’ve proudly called Colorado home for the past 27 years and love everything this state has to offer. When I’m not spending time with my wife and children, you’ll usually find me in the mountains, either on my bike or my board. Before entering the electrical trade, I spent many years as a Registered Nurse, where attention to detail, problem-solving, and taking care of people were a huge part of my career. Today, I bring that same level of care and professionalism to the electrical field. I take pride in understanding the problem, finding the right solution, and completing work safely and correctly. I enjoy the challenge of the trade and continuing to grow my electrical knowledge with every project.

With over 8 years in the electrical trade, Mike brings experience, skill, and a strong work ethic to every job. He enjoys troubleshooting, taking on new challenges, and finding the right solution, no matter what the day throws his way. Mike takes pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing things right the first time. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with the people who mean the most to him. His hardworking, down-to-earth personality makes him a great addition to the Firefly Electrical team.

Jeremiah brings more than 30 years of electrical experience to the Firefly Electrical team, along with a lifetime of knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication to the trade. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for doing things the right way, prioritizing safety, quality workmanship, and solutions customers can feel confident in. With decades of hands-on experience, Jeremiah brings valuable knowledge to every project and is always willing to share that experience with those around him. He takes pride not only in the work he performs, but also in helping support and strengthen the team. Outside of work, Jeremiah is a devoted family man who values integrity, hard work, and treating people with respect. His experience, reliability, and commitment to taking care of customers make him an important part of the Firefly Electrical family.

Felix Keil has been in the foothills of Denver since 2000. After working for numerous electricians and contractors in the construction trade, Felix decided he felt most passionate about electrical services. Since 2014, he has worked independently in the trade as the leader of Firefly Electric and earned a stellar reputation among customers and fellow professionals. Felix is married to his wife, Sophie, and they love being parents to their spirited and sweet daughter, Lily. They share their house (and sometimes their couch) with their dog, Bernie, and cat, Kit Kat. In the summer, Felix loves to play golf. He and his family enjoy hiking, camping, and snowboarding on Colorado’s famous powder.
