This is one of those rare occasions.  Last Friday, I had ceiling lights (chandeliers- some heavy) replaced with new fixtures I recently purchased.   Firefly reps Jeremiah & Charlie were perfect in getting the job done!  They were early to arrive.  Extremely polite & respectful of my house & furnishings.  They were patient when I struggled to determine how high or low I wanted a fixture to hang, they cleaned up when they were done. The second day Charlie came and helped install the chandelier.  Very efficient and quick to get the job done.  They both helped me decide where to place things from the ceiling which was so nice.  After both days they cleaned up and left my house as it was when they came.
